Job Mission: Manages culinary production units, oversees their processes by providing technical and operational support, and determines gastronomic offerings—optimizing material and human resources to achieve organizational objectives, increase team satisfaction, and exceed customer expectations. Reporting to the Head Chef, responsibilities include: * Collaborating with the Head Chef to plan dishes, offering various alternatives based on experience and customer preferences. * Ensuring suitability of provisions at kitchen stations. * Striving to optimize the cooking process—with particular attention to quality and efficiency, reduction of non-value-adding activities, and creation of value for customers. * Applying excellent standards of health and hygiene. * Leading a team by supporting their growth and providing necessary tools for success in their roles. * Maintaining a motivated and committed team focused on achieving objectives. * Preventing occupational hazards. Requirements: Essential: * Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Cooking * Resident in the Maresme area (near Calella de Mar) * Experience in the same or similar position * Proficiency in Spanish * Proactive, flexible, creative individual with excellent communication skills, well-organized and solution-oriented.
