We are looking to hire a **Continuous Improvement Technician** to join our team and actively participate in implementing projects focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence within a dynamic industrial environment.
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
* Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing time, cost, and quality.
* Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate with various departments to drive improvement initiatives.
* Develop procedures and work instructions.
* Participate in the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, process standardization).
* Monitor implemented actions and evaluate their results.
* Propose solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to continuous improvement, industrial processes, or production engineering.
* Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation.
* Proficiency in computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
**Preferred qualifications**
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
* Experience in industrial environments, preferably in the food industry.
* Teamwork skills, initiative, and results orientation.
