This role includes: * Leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds) for clients. * Gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and coordinating custom development efforts. * Serving as the functional and technical point of contact for clients. * Facilitating workshops, demos, and training sessions. * Ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and timely delivery of deliverables. **Requirements** * +3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting. * Salesforce Administrator certification and at least two advanced certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Direct client interaction in complex environments. * Experience leading projects or teams, including backlog creation for the team. * Strong communication and client management skills. * Language proficiency level. **Additional Information** **What Can We Offer You?** ‍* You will join a large team of professionals passionate about development and programming. * You will work full-time with a flexible schedule under a 100% remote work model. ️ 22 vacation days + 2 personal days. ‍ Company-provided training to support your continued growth and promotion within your personalized career plan.
