Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution while controlling schedules, budgets, and managing work teams. Team management and coordination with suppliers ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution. * Control schedules, budgets, and quality across all project phases. * Manage work teams and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct financial monitoring: certifications, settlements, and cost control. * Maintain communication with clients and technical management. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager on residential projects. * Proficiency in budget management and scheduling tools (AutoCAD, Presto, ERP). * Organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable profile.
