**Construction Administration Technician**

**Essential Requirements**
* University degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, **Economics**, **Business Sciences**, **Law**, **Public Management and Administration**, or equivalent qualification.
* Valid Spanish driving license **Class B**, currently in force and valid in Spain.
* Minimum **3\-5 years** of experience in administration and management of construction projects, preferably in large-scale projects.
* Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel.
* Experience using ERP systems and construction project management applications.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Knowledge of the **Valencian language**.
* Experience in singular building projects, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, or large complexes.
* Familiarity with **Excel**, **Presto**, **SAP**, **Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision)**, **SAGE**, or equivalent tools.
* Additional training in procurement, economic project management, or cost control.
**Work Location**
* Valencia
**Main Responsibilities**
* Administrative, economic, and documentary management of construction projects.
* Control and monitoring of contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and certifications.
* Preparation and monitoring of budgets, cost control, and support in the project’s economic analysis.
* Document management for suppliers, subcontractors, and contracts.
* Preparation of economic and progress reports for the Site Management and Project Management teams.
* Administrative coordination with various company departments and external stakeholders.
* Control of documentation related to occupational risk prevention, coordination of business activities (CAE), and site access requirements.
* Archiving and maintenance of technical and administrative project documentation, ensuring traceability and proper management.
**Offered**
