International destinations: United States, Mexico, India, Turkey, Portugal At **We Bring**, we are recruiting a **Commissioning Supervisor - Electrical in Bilbao** to join an international group specialized in the design and supply of complete equipment and production lines for industry. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Analyze the functional documentation of the installation and define process schematics as well as process and control equipment. * Monitor the manufacturing process and quality of equipment at subcontracted workshops. * Supervise the correct installation and commissioning of equipment carried out by subcontracted installation companies. * Attend site progress meetings with clients and suppliers. * Conduct necessary tests and adjustments, and prepare progress reports documenting issues arising during commissioning. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * **Comprehensive project vision:** You will participate in all phases, from functional analysis and equipment definition in the office to on-site commissioning and after-sales service. * **Diverse and large-scale projects:** You will work on complex installations for top-tier clients in sectors such as steel, aluminum, automotive, and aerospace. * **International destinations:** Current primary markets are the United States and Mexico, with active projects also in India, Turkey, and Portugal. * **Permanent contract** and full-time working hours. * **On-site work model in Bilbao**, with intensive working hours in July and August. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?** As the **Commissioning Supervisor - Electrical in Bilbao**, we require: * Over 3 years of experience as a commissioning supervisor or as an electrical maintenance, control, and automation technician in industrial equipment environments. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Willingness to travel 50% of the time nationally and internationally, including short assignments (2\-3 weeks) or extended stays (up to 4\-5 months with intermediate rest periods).
