We are seeking a professional to boost sales in the industrial hardware sector, targeting construction and hospitality industry clients. The primary responsibility is to achieve the annual sales targets set in the budget, with detailed performance tracking of assigned stores. This includes both managing existing clients and actively pursuing new business opportunities to acquire potential customers. Daily activities focus on periodic on-site visits to direct clients at their workplaces—such as construction sites or hotel complexes—to provide technical advice and sell our product range. Continuous support must be delivered to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction, thereby fostering loyalty. Post-sales follow-up and management of distribution network points of sale are also essential, ensuring product availability and effective promotion. The role requires technical knowledge of hardware products and a strong results-oriented mindset. The working environment is dynamic and demands autonomy in planning visit routes, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly. A minimum of two years of verifiable commercial experience is required, preferably within the industrial or hardware sector. A valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory for frequent client visits. Knowledge of a second language—especially English—is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. The minimum academic qualification required is Compulsory Secondary Education.
