We are looking for a **Catering Cook** to work in collective catering facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals while ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 35 hours. * Working hours: morning shift. * Salary according to the collective agreement for collective catering. * Temporary contract to cover a leave of absence. * The opportunity to join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and oversee the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.
