Opportunity for consistent income growth **CNC Milling Operator** ================ We need to hire a skilled CNC Milling Operator with proven experience—someone who masters the craft and operates independently on the machine. Location: Sant Fost de Campsentelles This is a role for professionals seeking stability within a serious industrial environment, delivering real technical work and consistent income growth. ### **Responsibilities:** * Interpret engineering drawings and prepare machining operations * Program directly at the machine * Start up and fine-tune the machining process * Monitor and inspect parts during production * Measure parts using tools (micrometer, dial indicator, etc.) * Operate Heidenhain and/or Fagor controls You will manage parts from start to finish, working autonomously. Your expertise will be immediately evident. ### **Profile Requirements:** * Solid experience as a CNC Milling Operator (minimum 3 years) * Machine autonomy: programming, setup, and adjustment * Experience with single-piece or short-series production * Capability to work with precision tolerances (e.g., H7 or equivalent) * Proficient use of Heidenhain or Fagor controls * Responsible, skilled, detail-oriented professional ### **What We Offer:** * What we offer: Starting salary above collective agreement standards * Contract type: Initial phase via subcontracting (adaptation period), with continuity in the project—if you seek long-term stability and perform well, you’ll secure it. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00–18:00 (with break); Saturdays, 7:00–12:00 (standard practice) * Base salary: First-level Technician: €34.000/year (~€19.47/h); Second-level Technician: €30.000/year (~€17.18/h) * Additional compensation: Paid overtime and Saturday work with a +10% premium **Structure designed for those seeking stability—and also genuine opportunity to earn more each month** * On-site cafeteria If you seek a stable project, above-sector salary, and real potential to increase your income, this position may suit you.
