Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and solution-oriented maintenance personnel to supervise and maintain facilities in a residential community association. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment A service company is selecting maintenance staff for a residential community association located in the Fuencarral \- El Pardo area, north of Madrid. The residential complex features a gym, swimming pool, changing rooms, communal restrooms, and extensive shared areas requiring daily supervision and maintenance. We seek a responsible, solution-oriented individual with experience in general maintenance of residential communities or similar facilities. Main Responsibilities * General maintenance of the residential community and shared areas. * Daily supervision of the proper condition of facilities. * Basic inspection and maintenance of the swimming pool and filtration room. * Monitoring and inspection of the gym, changing rooms, and communal bathrooms. * Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and masonry repairs. * Replacement of lighting fixtures and replenishment of materials. * Identification and reporting of incidents or malfunctions. * Basic preventive maintenance of facilities. * Occasional support in general conservation tasks. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance of residential communities, buildings, or facilities. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. * Experience in swimming pool maintenance is desirable. * A serious, responsible, and organized individual. * Ability to work autonomously. * Positive attitude and appropriate interaction with residents and suppliers. * A valid driver's license is desirable. Offer * Permanent contract. * Part-time morning shift. * Schedule from Monday to Friday. * Between 3 and 4 hours per day. * Immediate start. * Positive work environment. * Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
