The job involves performing cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene tasks in common areas of residential communities: entrances, staircases, corridors, elevators, garages, access points, windows, and other communal spaces. Basic consumables are also restocked, incidents are reported, and cleaning tools, equipment, and products are handled in accordance with established procedures. This is a temporary contract with an estimated duration of 365 days. The working schedule is part-time, four hours per day, from 9:00 to 13:00\. The monthly salary is 739 euros.
