




Position Summary: We are seeking chefs with experience in traditional Cantonese and Hong Kong cooking techniques, proficient in roasting such as Peking duck and char siu, and skilled in crafting handmade dim sum. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine 2. Proficiency in roasting techniques (Peking duck, char siu) 3. Skill in preparing handmade dim sum Chefs experienced in traditional Cantonese and Hong Kong cooking techniques. Proficiency is required in roasting, including Peking-style roasted duck and Iberian pork char siu, as well as in preparing a wide variety of handmade dim sum, including xiao long bao and gyozas. A Basic Professional Culinary Qualification and a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles are required. A permanent contract is offered, with full-time split shifts from 13:00 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00. The gross monthly salary is 1\.500 euros. The position is located in Madrid and requires residing in the city or having the ability to relocate.
