Reporting to the Head Chef, your duties and responsibilities will include: * Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan dishes, offering various alternatives based on your experience and customer preferences. * Ensure appropriate supplies are available at kitchen stations. * Strive to optimize cooking processes, with special emphasis on process quality and efficiency, reduction of non-value-adding activities, and creation of value for customers. * Apply excellent health and hygiene standards. * Lead a team of individuals, supporting their growth and providing the necessary tools for success in their roles. * Maintain a motivated and committed team focused on achieving objectives. * Prevent occupational hazards. Requirements: Essential: * Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Cooking * Resident in the Maresme area (near Calella de Mar) * Experience in the same or similar position * Proficiency in Spanish * Proactive, flexible, creative individual with excellent communication skills, well-organized and solution-oriented.
