Your key responsibilities will include: * Identifying and generating new contacts at target companies in Madrid—primarily from your own or self-generated pipeline. * Researching accounts, industries, decision-makers, and opportunity signals to prepare relevant, personalized commercial outreach. * Designing multichannel prospecting sequences combining email, LinkedIn, phone calls, events, referrals, and other entry points. * Qualifying opportunities rigorously using frameworks such as SPICED, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler—if you’re familiar with them—or learning to apply them with discipline. * Converting initial conversations into high-value commercial meetings, aligning business needs with Raona’s current service offerings. * Advancing the sales pipeline, ensuring each opportunity has a next step, qualification criteria, and full traceability. * Tracking activity, conversion, and pipeline quality metrics to improve commercial performance weekly. * Leveraging prospecting, automation, and AI tools to research accounts, personalize messages, prepare conversations, and prioritize opportunities. * Logging and maintaining all activity in HubSpot accurately, ensuring visibility, follow-up, and reliable data for decision-making. * Coordinating with commercial, technical, and business teams to hand over well-qualified opportunities with sufficient context. * Contributing to improving the commercial playbook: messaging, value propositions, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), sequences, qualification criteria, and market learnings. Participate in innovative projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and actively shaping the evolution of solutions and processes. **What We’re Looking For** We’d love to meet you if you have: * Experience in commercial prospecting, business development, or B2B opportunity generation—ideally in consulting, technology services, software, digital solutions, or similar environments. * A clearly results-driven mindset—but also one focused on opportunity quality and continuous improvement. * Ability to build and manage your own or self-generated pipeline—not just work inbound leads. * Strong judgment to research companies, understand business challenges, and identify relevant commercial signals. * A methodical and rigorous approach to opportunity qualification. Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or other consultative B2B sales methodologies is highly valued. * Technological curiosity and the ability to grasp digital services, Microsoft solutions, workplace transformation, automation, AI, data, or technology consulting projects. * Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders, tailoring your message to each audience. * Consistency, discipline, and organization in daily commercial activity. * Creativity to open doors, test new approaches, and refine messaging—without compromising professionalism. * CRM proficiency and the habit of logging commercial activity precisely. * Spoken and written English proficiency. * Residency in Madrid or availability to regularly serve the Madrid market.
