We are seeking a **BIM Quantity Surveyor**, reporting to Management, for new projects in the Building Construction sector, based in **Fuengirola, Málaga**. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of budgets aligned with client requirements. * Quantity surveying and drafting of plans (BIM methodology). * Coordination of work teams, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. * Technical control and management of construction works, costs, and schedules. * Support in resolving technical issues and monitoring project progress. * Ensuring quality and safety standards on site. **Requirements** * Specialized education in Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and extensive hands-on BIM experience applied to quantity surveying and construction. * Results-oriented profile with strong organizational skills. * Multidisciplinary profile accustomed to dynamic environments. * Experience in quantity surveying using Revit. **Workplace** * Fuengirola, Málaga **Languages** * English B2 level is desirable. **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * A company experiencing clear expansion and growth. * A stable project with professional development opportunities. * Involvement in highly significant building construction projects.
