You’ll enjoy a professional work environment where you can grow and develop your abilities within the cycling world. **Job Description** **Mechanics** * Receiving bicycles and managing the full workshop service process, including scheduling, coordinating technical issues with the service department, and maintaining continuous communication with customers to ensure a high-quality service experience. * Supporting the workshop as needed. * Possessing basic bicycle mechanical knowledge to perform simple repairs. * Assembling bicycles. * Advanced mechanical knowledge is considered a plus, though not mandatory for this position. **Sales** * Actively leading all store sales activities, including customer service, execution of daily tasks, and sales tracking. * Ensuring the entire team meets customer service standards. **Inventory** * Managing store inventory, making optimal use of the EPOS system to improve efficiency and control. * Proficiently operating the point-of-sale (POS) system. **Other Duties** * Performing other duties assigned by the Store Manager as required by store needs. **What You’ll Bring to the Team** * A positive attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need. * Fantastic hospitality: friendly yet professional interaction, excellent listening skills, and willingness to help—even during peak workload periods. * Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues. * Interest in building lasting customer relationships and developing your own customer base. * Commitment to delivering the best possible cycling experience. **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract. * Employee discount on bicycles and accessories. * Financial incentive for commuting to work by bicycle. * Life insurance. *If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over\-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!*
