Job Summary: We are seeking a BackOffice Tolling Functional Analyst to define requirements and design complex technological solutions, participating in the evolution of microservices- and cloud-based systems. Are you interested in participating in international projects related to BackOffice systems, tolling, cloud, and microservices-based architectures? We are looking for a BackOffice Tolling Functional Analyst with experience in requirements definition, functional design, REST APIs, and cloud environments, to collaborate on the evolution of complex technological solutions in a fully remote mode. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Work Mode: 100% remote. Location: Preferably Madrid, with availability to attend the office occasionally if required. Permanent contract. Analyze and define functional requirements for BackOffice systems. Participate in the functional design of microservices-based solutions. Design and document REST APIs and integrations with external systems. Work with relational SQL databases, modeling information and functional processes. Prepare functional documentation and ensure requirement traceability. Support development and validation teams during solution delivery. Participate in the evolution of systems deployed in cloud environments. Maintain communication with clients and international stakeholders in English. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Functional Analyst in BackOffice systems. Experience in requirements definition and functional documentation. Knowledge of microservices-based architectures. Experience in REST API design. Experience with SQL and relational database modeling. Knowledge of cloud environments. Advanced English (minimum C1 level), with fluent communication skills. DESIRABLE: Experience in tolling, transportation, or mobility systems. Knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and transaction management processes. Experience integrating with payment gateways or external systems. Experience in international projects, especially in the USA or Australia.
