Detailed technical and commercial advisory We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to join an established company in the lubricants supply sector, headquartered in Bilbao. Responsibilities will include active prospecting of new customers, business acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer portfolio. It will be essential to provide detailed technical and commercial advice on the full range of available products, as well as efficiently managing visits, preparing customized quotations, and following up on sales operations. Meeting assigned targets and preparing periodic reports on commercial activity will also be key components of the role. This position offers stable employment with an indefinite contract directly with the client company. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Compensation consists of an annual gross fixed salary of 25\.000€, plus attractive uncapped commissions. Additionally, continuous professional development training and a company vehicle for job-related activities will be provided. * Proven B2B sales experience. * Strong communication skills, a highly commercial mindset, and results orientation. * Valid driver's license. * Minimum education: vocational training (intermediate or higher level). * Preferred: experience in the automotive sector.
