You will play a key role by providing direct technical support to the CTO in defining, executing, and evolving the company’s technology infrastructure—contributing to ensuring service availability, system stability, and the development of strategic projects. You will actively participate in the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of critical technology infrastructures, collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and technological evolution to further drive the organization’s growth. If you seek an environment where you can achieve new goals and make a real difference, we invite you to explore what we have to offer. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** * Execute and supervise advanced system administration tasks to ensure the stability, security, and performance of technology infrastructures. * Participate in the technical design and implementation of new infrastructure projects, as well as in the evolution of existing systems. * Collaborate in technology renewal processes, capacity analysis, and platform improvement assessments. * Provide specialized technical support to the CTO in preparing technical proposals and offers for clients and public administrations. * Participate in resolving complex incidents and critical infrastructure issues. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system architecture. * Coordinate technically with manufacturers and technology vendors under the CTO’s supervision. * Contribute to automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of the IT Systems department’s technical processes. * Provide technical support to various company departments, acting as a reference point for matters related to infrastructure and systems. **Minimum requirements** * University degree / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar technical fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in system administration within enterprise environments. * Experience in implementation, evolution, and maintenance of complex technology infrastructure projects. * Advanced knowledge of operating system administration. * Experience in virtualization and infrastructure platforms. * Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery. * Networking and communications expertise. * Ability to resolve complex incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting. * Experience in developing technical documentation and operational procedures. * Experience interacting with and managing technology vendors.
