Position Summary: We are seeking a registered Architect to develop Residential Renovation Projects and manage construction projects, with experience in technical documentation, permits, and submissions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Residential Renovation Project Development 2. Construction Management and Technical Documentation Preparation 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and AI usage A qualified and registered Architect for residential renovation project development and construction management. Experience in project design, technical documentation preparation, permit processing, submissions, and graphic materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or other rendering and image processing software, as well as AI usage. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €2,000.00\-€4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
