Main responsibilities include detailed drafting of technical documentation, full project deliverables (reports, drawings, budgets), technical reports, and tender documents for public works and service procurements. The role also involves managing associated technical procedures, handling files via GMAO, and supervising both projects and construction works, ensuring quality, timelines, and established costs. The ideal candidate must hold a Senior Architecture degree with an official master’s qualification and demonstrable experience in similar roles. A B1 level of English is considered advantageous, as are knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, BIM, and SAP. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Additional training in sustainability and energy efficiency is recommended, and a valid driver’s license is required. Employment conditions consist of a temporary replacement contract with a full-time schedule from 08:00 to 15:00 hours. The offered gross monthly salary is €2,290.74.
