True Flexibility and Long-Term Projects **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for an Architect or Technical Architect (Building Construction) with solid experience in building construction and project documentation, to join our multidisciplinary team. The selected candidate will participate in the full lifecycle of building projects, collaborating closely with other technical teams and contributing sound judgment, rigor, and technical quality from the feasibility study phase through to construction execution. Your main responsibilities: * Preparation of Building Project Documentation * Construction Supervision: Assuming either Faculty Supervision or Execution Supervision roles. On-site monitoring to ensure adherence to schedules, control of construction quality, and resolution of technical issues at the site. * Technical and Regulatory Justification: Detailed preparation of technical reports, specifications, and rigorous justification of compliance with the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and local regulations. If you bring the design rigor and on-site competence we seek, we would be delighted to meet you. **Requirements:** --------------- What profile are we looking for? * Education: Degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s in Architectural Foundations, or Bachelor’s in Building Construction / Technical Architecture. * Experience: 5–10 years of demonstrable experience combining technical office work (project documentation) with direct on-site management. * Tools: Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD) and measurement/budgeting tools (Presto). Proficiency in BIM environments (Revit) will be highly valued. * Competencies: We seek a solution-oriented professional with strong technical authority for on-site decision-making, excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to manage teams and contractors
