We are looking for an organized and dynamic person for an administrative support position in the commercial department of an international company headquartered in central Valencia. This opportunity arises from an internal promotion, so the team is already established. You will be responsible for order management, customer service, logistics coordination, and operational follow-up, ensuring agile and high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include receiving and entering orders, document control, supporting the preparation of quotations and pricing, maintaining the CRM, coordinating with warehouses, sending samples, and supporting marketing activities. You will also conduct post-sales follow-up and resolve incidents jointly with other departments. We seek a candidate with prior experience in administrative and commercial environments, holding a qualification in Administration and Finance or International Trade. Proficiency in Excel and Office, intermediate English, strong organizational skills, and customer orientation are required. The position is offered as a temporary full-time contract, with working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8:30–14:00 and 15:00–18:00, and Friday: 8:30–15:00\. The indicative annual gross salary is €20\.000–€23\.000.
