Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to comprehensively manage the Pest Control area, coordinating tenders, monitoring services, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a customer-oriented approach and strong organizational skills. Supervision of regulatory compliance and risk management A company specializing in the rental, maintenance, and cleaning of portable sanitary facilities for events, construction sites, and industrial environments is looking for an administrative professional to comprehensively manage the Pest Control area—responsible for tender coordination, service monitoring, document control, and regulatory compliance—with a customer-oriented approach and strong organizational capability. \- Administrative management of the Pest Control area. \- Preparation, processing, and monitoring of tenders and contracts. \- Coordination and control of services, planning, and documentation. \- Supervision of regulatory compliance and risk management. \- Liaison with clients, authorities, and internal teams. \- Training management and support in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), quality, and environmental matters. \- Identification of incidents and proposals for improvement. \- Resource optimization and customer service orientation. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience as a pest control technician, administrative technician in a pest control company, or technical manager in a pest control company—or in a company performing similar functions. Experience drafting procedures, plans, and documentation related to pest control activities in accordance with current regulations. Experience working under quality certification guidelines. * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge of integrated pest management procedures. Familiarity with biocidal products and applicable regulations. Technical knowledge of major urban pests—including rodents and insects. Knowledge of disinfection and hygiene processes. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Intensive work schedule * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1833' to '2000' * Additional relevant information: Initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) (3–6 months).
