At Grupo Soledad, we continue our growth and are seeking to strengthen our logistics teams. We are selecting an **Administrative Warehouse Assistant** with experience in logistics management, invoicing, and incident resolution, who wishes to work in an agile, professional environment with a high level of collaboration.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
Your role will focus on administrative and logistics management, as well as internal, external, and supplier customer service:
* **Customer invoicing:** Managing the invoicing system according to agreed terms; maintaining customer records; issuing and sending invoices/receipts; resolving discrepancies with sales and collections teams.
* **Warehouse control and loading/unloading:** Recording warehouse movements; managing purchase orders; entering orders into tablets (SGS/SGA); verifying incident-free unloading; and archiving documentation.
* **Customer service and incident handling:** Receiving and resolving incidents by providing technical product advice and delivering excellent-quality service.
* **Transportation and logistics management:** Coordinating internal/external transportation; generating loading orders; managing delivery notes and carrier manifests; issuing labels; and reconciling stock levels.
* **Cash register control:** Daily cash reconciliation; managing the branch’s receipts and payments; and forwarding documentation to the relevant department.
**What are we looking for?**
* Training in Administrative Management or equivalent (Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
* Proficiency in AS400 software, invoicing IT tools, and user-level Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of invoicing, automotive product management, and customer service.
Organizational skills, initiative, customer orientation, and teamwork ability.
