




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an installation company, with experience in document management, cost control, budgeting, and general support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive budget and cost management per project 2. Document control of delivery notes, invoices, and certifications 3. Administrative support in order processing and telephone assistance We require administrative staff for the administration department of an installation company. Tasks include preparing and monitoring budgets, controlling costs per project, and managing documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, certificates, and technical specifications. The role also involves recording staff working hours (clock-in/out, overtime, allowances, and business travel), managing training and certifications, and providing general administrative support regarding orders, suppliers, and telephone assistance. Candidates must hold an Administrative qualification (Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training) and have at least 12 months of demonstrable administrative experience. Prior work experience in an installation company or related sector—such as electricity, plumbing, or HVAC—is mandatory. Experience in document management, attendance tracking, invoicing, and cost control will be valued. We seek organized individuals with initiative and strong communication skills. The contract is temporary, initially lasting six months with possible extension, on a full-time basis. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30, and Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00\. The annual gross salary is €18\.500, according to the Offices and Consulting Firms Collective Agreement.
