**ACRYLIC (CNC) PROCESSING TECHNICIAN** * Location: Madrid, Spain * Permanent contract \| Full-time * Immediate start **About the position** We are seeking an **Acrylic (PMMA) Processing and Transformation Specialist Technician** to work on manufacturing, machining, and finishing technical and decorative parts made from plastic materials (primarily PMMA / acrylic), using **numerical control (CNC) machinery**. The selected candidate will be involved in the entire manufacturing process: interpretation of engineering drawings, material preparation, machining, assembly, and quality control. **Key responsibilities** * Handling, cutting, machining, and finishing parts made of **acrylic (PMMA)** and other technical plastics. * Programming and operating **Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines** (milling machines, CNC routers, and/or machining centers). * Preparing and adjusting tools, speeds, and machining parameters. * Performing cutting, milling, drilling, polishing, bonding, and assembly operations. **Essential requirements** *Education* * Vocational training and complementary education in **Computer Numerical Control (CNC)** and CAD/CAM. *Experience* * **More than 2 years of experience** in acrylic or plastic material processing and transformation. * Demonstrable experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC routers, and machining centers. *Technical knowledge* * **CNC programming and operation.** * Use of hand tools and auxiliary machinery. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing for retail, commercial furniture, and display units. * Experience with laser cutting. **Working conditions** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule. * Workplace: Madrid.
