Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant to perform full accounting processing, manage invoices, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations, prepare financial closings, and support tax filings. The working schedule takes place within the municipality itself, so commuting to the workplace is required. A degree in Accounting, Administration and Finance, or Business Administration and Management (ADE) is required, along with at least five years of experience in similar roles involving full accounting processing. Responsibilities include recording supplier and customer invoices, managing collections and payments, and performing periodic bank reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy. Monthly and annual financial closings are prepared, support is provided in preparing tax returns, and documentary control and archiving of accounting information are maintained. Financial reports are generated, key economic indicators are monitored, and collaboration occurs with external advisory firms and audit processes. Organizational ability, autonomy, and meticulousness are highly valued. Advanced Excel proficiency and practical knowledge of accounting management software are essential.
