Ensure monitoring of B2G collections processes and supporting systems within the Credit area by developing automation, operational analytics, and information control solutions that optimize efficiency, reduce risk, and improve business outcomes. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** **B2G Credit Management** * Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. * Monitor collection targets and debt reduction goals. * Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions. * Manage contentious files and insolvency situations. * Perform loss rate analysis. * Analyze major debtors and associated risks. * Monitor advance payments and compensation strategies. * Coordinate regional requests. * Track collection deadlines. * Provide functional support to regional collection managers. * Manage incidents related to SAP, Rosetta, FACE, and DIR3\. **Data-Driven Activities** * Maintain operational and analytical databases. * Support predictive models and NBA (Next Best Action). * Supervise periodic CAR execution processes. * Manage functional and technical incidents. * Participate in building Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards. **Application Maintenance** * Analyze business requirements. * Design departmental solutions. * Develop automation tools. * Implement RPAs. * Develop internal scripts and applications. * Maintain operational databases. * Supervise technology-related activities within the area. ### **Requirements** #### **What Will Make You Successful in This Role** * Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis or functional support. * Experience in data management. * Experience in process automation. * Experience in operational monitoring. * Experience with BI tools. ### **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Indefinite-term contract. * 100% remote work — possibility to be assigned to offices in Seville, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment. #### **Take the Step** If you want to grow within a company that invests in innovation, stability, and people, **Teknei** is the place for you.
