The purpose of this role is to serve as the primary liaison between client and supplier, ensuring operational governance of the service, alignment with business objectives, contractual compliance, coordination among participating teams, and data-driven decision-making. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Acting as the single point of contact between Endesa and the supplier. * Leading operational and follow-up committees. * Performing comprehensive service governance and oversight. * Ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments. * Coordinating operational, technical, and functional teams. * Managing risks, incidents, and escalations. * Supervising action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. * Validating deliverables and service reports. * Identifying new operational needs. * Assessing scope and complexity of new services. * Defining operational models for new activities. * Monitoring economic and productivity performance of the service. * Driving automation and innovation initiatives. * Facilitating decision-making through executive reporting and impact analysis. ### **Requirements** #### **What Will Make You Successful in This Role** * Minimum 5 years of experience in service or project management. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Experience managing corporate clients. * Experience in operational control using KPIs and SLAs. * Experience managing outsourcing or BPO contracts. ### **What We Offer** * Join an established business group with national and international presence. * Permanent contract. * 100% remote work mode. * Possibility of assignment to offices in Seville, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
