Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Installation Engineer to manage projects from technical and economic feasibility through to construction execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of technical installation projects 2. Supervision and coordination of on-site construction work 3. Technical-economic analysis and budget preparation We are an installation company based in Badalona, looking for a Technical Installation Engineer. Responsibilities include installation projects, ensuring their technical and economic viability. The candidate will participate in the tender and proposal evaluation phase, as well as in project execution and proper installation in accordance with regulations, budgets, deadlines, and quality standards. Pre-construction phase: Analyze tender specifications and technical documentation; conduct installation studies (electrical, HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, etc.); prepare budgets and measurements; request and analyze subcontractor quotations; assess technical feasibility of projects. Construction execution phase: Coordinate planning and execution of installation works on site; supervise technical execution of installations (compliance with drawings, regulations, and quality standards); manage required technical, human, and material resources; coordinate subcontractors and field technicians. In-depth knowledge of technical installations (electrical, HVAC, etc.). Prior experience in preparing technical studies and managing construction projects. Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Presto, Project, etc.). Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of technical regulations (REBT, RITE, CTE, etc.). Skills: Planning and organizational capability; technical and economic analysis; effective communication with clients, technicians, and suppliers; problem-solving under pressure. Reporting Line: Directly reports to the General Director. * Minimum 12 months’ experience. Technician in Electrical Installations, HVAC, etc., managing projects ensuring their technical and economic viability. Proficiency in technical software. Willingness to travel. Permanent employment contract. Full-time schedule from 8:00 to 14:00.
