Position Summary: Solidança is seeking a Labor Administration Technician to manage waste comprehensively and promote the circular economy, performing labor management and occupational risk prevention (PRL) tasks. Solidança is a socially oriented foundation committed to the environment and the social economy, seeking innovative approaches to provide new sociolaboral integration proposals for groups at risk of exclusion and to deliver high-quality services related to comprehensive waste management and the circular economy. With this objective, we are looking for a LABOR ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN to carry out labor management (hiring, PRL) for the Administration and PRL department. Administrative personnel management Monitoring of registrations, deregistrations, and incidents with Social Security. Payroll, vacation, leave, and working calendar management. Coordination of internal training programs. Monitoring compliance with labor regulations and internal protocols. Addressing and resolving employee inquiries. Labor documentation management and archiving. Coordination with external labor advisory firms and prevention services. Participation in employee development and wellbeing initiatives. Preparation of documents and communications based on received instructions, gathered information, and/or identified needs. Processing internal or external documents or communications through the organization’s information channels. Managing corporate administrative procedures related to staff, payrolls, social security, TC2 forms, contracts (liaison with external payroll service provider). Coordination and self-organization to support the Head of Department. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in labor/HR management. * Degree in Labor Relations / Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or Human Resources or equivalent. * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES: Organizational and planning skills. MANDATORY\-BASIC FORMAL EDUCATION \- Degree in Labor Relations / Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or Human Resources or equivalent. LANGUAGES \- Proficiency in Catalan (written/spoken). EXPERIENCE \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in labor/HR management. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1974 * Additional relevant information: \- CONTRACT: Substitution due to temporary incapacity (IT) (approx. 12 months), with possibility of continuation. \- START DATE: June\-July 2026 \- WORKING HOURS: Full-time. 40 hours/week \- SCHEDULE: Monday to Wednesday and Friday: 8\-16; Thursday: 9\-14 and 15\-18\. \- WORKPLACE LOCATION: c/Treball 5\. Sant Just Desvern. \- SALARY: €23,690 gross/year (12 payments).
