Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, controlling execution, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with the main contractor's site manager on planning, procurement, and project development, as well as managing required materials and supplies.
A minimum of two years' experience in residential construction is required, with the ability to manage crews and plan tasks. Basic occupational risk prevention training (60 hours) is mandatory, along with the ability to interpret construction drawings and valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, or similar tools. A valid Class B driving license is also required.
An indefinite-term contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:45, and Friday, 08:00–14:00\. Salary is based on the siderometallurgical collective agreement.
