As a team leader, you’re expected to drive sales to maximize profitability while adhering to divisional standards. Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve personal and productivity goals. You’ll assume management and leadership responsibilities in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. Responsibilities: * Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. * Maintain personal and productivity goals. * Maintain quality and productivity across all aspects of your store. * Act as a liaison among customers, sales associates, assistant manager, and store manager. * Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trend insights aligned with customer needs. * Stay informed and knowledgeable about all products, and keep up-to-date with current and upcoming trends and products. * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: * Minimum one year of retail store experience * Confident in personal presence and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an enhanced experience * Motivated to achieve outstanding results through personal enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic products * Initiates tasks or activities without supervision * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
