Senior Project Engineer

**Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are seeking to incorporate a **Senior Project Engineer** into our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * PV and BESS project design and engineering. * Coordination with Engineering teams to define and ensure compliance with technical requirements for each project. * Coordination with the High-Voltage Department to ensure proper communication regarding interconnection points. * Management of EPC contractors, including budgeting, scheduling, and technical review. * Conducting technical and feasibility analyses for photovoltaic and energy storage projects. * Technically analyzing projects across the various markets where the company operates and at different development stages. Participation in engineering processes associated with permitting and authorization procedures. **Requirements**: * University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum five years’ experience in engineering, construction, or management of renewable energy projects. * Experience in the grid connection process for renewable energy projects in Spain with REE. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. Other languages such as Polish or German are valued. * Willingness to travel. * Proactive and organized profile. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Experience in photovoltaic solar projects, BESS systems, substations, or evacuation infrastructure is highly desirable. * Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, PVcase, Microsoft Office, PVsyst, electrical calculation software (CYMCAP, ETAP), and GIS tools (QGIS) is valued.
