A specialized business consulting firm requires an HR Manager to comprehensively manage the HR processes of its partner companies. Among the main responsibilities, you will oversee the entire labor-related process (employee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, social security registrations, tax forms 111/190, monthly payroll preparation, etc.). You will also support the selection process for various positions that may arise and serve as the liaison with occupational health and safety (PRL) and data protection (LOPD) service providers. Occasionally, you will participate in talent development initiatives across partner companies (employer branding activities, training programs, performance evaluations, etc). We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Labor Relations and/or Psychology, who has prior experience in personnel administration within consulting or management firms, and who is capable of expanding into other functional areas with support from external providers.
