Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to lead and manage the store's daily operations, supervise the team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the store's daily operations and supervises the team. 2. Ensures excellent customer service and welcoming experience. 3. Continuous training and professional development within an international company. As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. * Opening and/or closing the store (according to your shift). * Coordinating and supervising the team in their daily tasks, making adjustments to cover positions as needed. * Placing orders for supplies and merchandise, and receiving them. * Ensuring availability and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, promotional displays, ambient branding, etc. * Addressing and informing on customer needs and preferences.
