The production operator position is based in a dynamic, structured, and safe industrial environment where teamwork and organization are fundamental. The selected candidate will perform essential tasks within the production process, ensuring proper material flow and compliance with quality standards. The work environment promotes collaboration and efficiency, with continuous support from day one to facilitate integration and performance of assigned duties. Main responsibilities include packaging and labeling of finished products, feeding production machines to ensure operational continuity, handling products and correctly palletizing them for storage or transportation. Use of material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and electric stackers is also required, along with supporting versatile tasks within the production area according to current needs. These functions are critical to maintaining operational continuity and require attention to detail, responsibility, and adaptability. This is a temporary position offering initial training and ongoing supervision to become familiar with specific procedures and tools. Proactivity, ability to work in a team, and willingness to adapt to scheduled shifts are highly valued. Previous experience of at least three to four months in dynamic or industrial roles is required. A proactive attitude and ability to work in a team are essential, as is availability for rotating shifts Monday through Friday.
