Description
A company based in Badalona seeks a Payroll Manager with a minimum of one year’s experience in tax advisory firms within the labor department. Required qualifications include a Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or equivalent studies. Proven experience in labor administration and payroll preparation is required. Experience with A3 software and strong office skills—especially Excel—are desirable. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract, full-time working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00, and Friday, 9:00–14:00. Gross monthly salary ranges between €1,500 and €2,000, depending on professional experience (14 payments).
Payroll preparation; drafting and processing of settlements and receipts. Contract management; processing of registrations/cancellations and data modifications with Social Security. Management of temporary disabilities, work-related accidents, maternity/paternity leave, and other labor-related incidents. Management of Social Security contribution settlements. Preparation and filing of Form 111 and support for other tax obligations related to remuneration. Interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements, labor legislation, and Social Security regulations. Labor advisory services to companies and employees regarding payroll and employment contracts. Coordination with official agencies. Support during labor audits and inspections.
* Minimum 12 months’ experience. At least one year’s documented experience in tax advisory firms’ labor departments performing the tasks described above.
* HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING DIPLOMA (FP GRADO SUPERIOR)
* Competencies / Knowledge: Mandatory qualification in Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or equivalent studies. Proficiency in Social Security tools (RED System, SILTRA, CASIA, Contrat@, and Certific@2). Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security regulations, and tax rules related to remuneration. Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements. Strong office skills, especially Excel. Experience with A3innuva Payroll/A3nom software is desirable.
