Responsibilities: Supervision and support in gardening tasks and green space maintenance. Training and accompaniment of the team at risk of social exclusion or with disabilities. Planning and organization of daily tasks. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Transportation and relocation of the work group when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience in gardening and/or forestry. Leadership ability and teamwork skills. Empathy and social skills for interacting with vulnerable individuals. Driver's license (mandatory). Availability to work morning shifts. Offered: Indefinite full-time contract Immediate start. Positive work environment.
