Professional development opportunities through the "Conecta+" training program. **At IZZON Lab, we redefine excellence in the development and manufacturing of personal care and fragrance products, as part of Daler Management — a group that includes companies such as Laboratorios Maverick and Grupo Ubesol.** **Job Description: Forklift Operator** **Location:** San Fernando de Henares, Madrid **Department:** Warehouse **Reports to:** Warehouse Coordinator **Job Purpose:** To execute goods movement and placement operations within the warehouse using forklifts, ensuring safety, order, and accuracy in logistics processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Loading, unloading, and placing materials * Handling goods using counterbalanced, reach, or electric pallet trucks. * Placing products on shelves and storage areas according to instructions. * Line replenishment * Supplying raw materials and supplies to production lines according to operational needs. * Removing finished products for dispatch or storage. * Visual inspection and recordkeeping * Inspecting goods condition and reporting damage or incidents. * Supporting traceability of movements via the ERP system. * Basic equipment maintenance * Performing routine inspections on forklifts. * Reporting malfunctions or incidents to the maintenance supervisor. * Regulatory compliance * Adhering to warehouse safety, traffic, and handling regulations. * Participating in workplace cleaning and organization. **Requirements:** * Education: Secondary education (ESO) preferred. * Minimum experience: 1 year in similar roles within industrial environments. * Technical skills: Forklift operation, valid forklift operator license, basic knowledge of warehousing and safety. * Languages: Fluent Spanish. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Focus on operational efficiency * Rigor and inventory control * Teamwork * Adaptability * Responsibility **Employment Conditions and Benefits:** * Full-time contract. * **Childcare support:** €50/month allowance, valid until July each year. * **Support for children with functional diversity:** €40/month allowance. * **Baby kit:** Baby care products following the birth of your child. * **Christmas lunch:** Company-sponsored Christmas lunch. * **Christmas basket:** Christmas basket with traditional products. * **Subsidized vending/catering card:** Subsidized vending or catering with €40 monthly support (only for mid-shift/office staff). * **EDENRED enrollment:** Activation of Childcare or Restaurant Cheques. * **Health insurance:** Access to discounted health insurance for employees. * **Conecta\+:** Our tailored training program designed for you. * **Edenred Shopping Club:** Access to an exclusive space offering discounts. *We are a* **\#PeopleFirst** *company where people are the key to success.
