




DESCRIPTION As part of Soluciona Mi Deuda's current growth plan, we are opening a new position for a Financial Controller in the debt consolidation business area. Your main responsibilities will include the preparation of annual budgets and updates, reviewing deviations, and driving improvement and cost-saving initiatives. This role will report to the department director and you will participate in the preparation and coordination of departmental committees. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and their periodic updates throughout the year. * Support the monthly closing process, develop business indicators, and other required reports. * Evaluate and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures, recommending corrective actions. * Prepare and maintain management KPIs and dashboards. * Support various departments within the area by analyzing costs, business alternatives, revenues, and deviations from budget. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, and Law. * Minimum of three years of experience in Big4 firms or as a Financial Controller with responsibilities similar to those described. * Personal skills: strong analytical ability and data handling (advanced Excel knowledge). Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Learning agility. Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to company improvement. * Prior experience in the legal or financial sector, and familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI are desirable.
