Design and develop components, subassemblies, and equipment according to technical specifications and project requirements. Prepare drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, and associated technical documentation. Specify appropriate materials, commercial components, and construction solutions for each project. Implement design modifications and improvements aimed at optimizing costs, manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance. Coordinate with production and assembly teams to ensure proper industrialization of designs. Manage technical revisions, engineering changes, and documentation updates. Provide technical support to production, quality, procurement, and technical service departments. Participate in testing, validation, and resolution of technical issues. Ensure compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements. Collaborate in continuous improvement of design processes and standards. * 3 years of experience. 3\-5 years * Mechanical, industrial, or related engineering degree * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks preferred). Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of manufacturing processes. Knowledge of mechanical materials and components.
