We are seeking a cook with proven experience in traditional Iranian/Persian gastronomy. Responsibilities include preparing typical dishes such as kebab, ghormeh sabzi, fesenjan, gheymeh, tahchin, ash reshteh, and others. Candidates must be capable of working independently in the kitchen, maintaining standards of authentic traditional cooking, and possess prior restaurant experience, preferably in international or traditional cuisine. Knowledge of kitchen control, organization, and menu preparation management is also valued. The position is located in Zahara (Cádiz). An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working hours to be arranged according to service and seasonal requirements, and a monthly salary of 1500 euros.
