Description
The position focuses on the collection and transportation of cement samples, a fundamental component for ensuring quality and safety in construction and industrial projects. Key activities include visiting various construction sites and production plants to collect representative material samples, ensuring compliance with established protocols for proper identification and preservation. Subsequently, the driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of these samples to the designated laboratory for analysis, handling associated documentation and maintaining the chain of custody.
Upon arrival at the laboratory facilities, the professional will provide support in basic sample preparation and organization tasks. This may involve unloading, labeling, temporary storage, and assisting with internal logistics to facilitate the work of laboratory technicians. A meticulous and organized approach is essential to prevent confusion or cross-contamination that could compromise test results and, consequently, the integrity of projects where the cement is used.
The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality protocols both during driving and while handling materials in the laboratory environment. The company values punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work autonomously, efficiently managing collection routes. This position is critical within the quality control process, serving as the operational link between the production site and the analytical center, directly contributing to the acquisition of accurate and reliable data.
The offered contract is permanent. Working hours are from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:00. The company provides all necessary training for the position. Salary is set in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
A valid Class B driving license is required, along with availability for frequent travel. Prior experience of at least two years in the construction sector or in laboratory environments will be considered favorably. It is essential to be a responsible, organized individual with a positive attitude toward work.
