**SBZ Professional Cleaning – SANDRA CLEANING** is seeking to hire a **construction site cleaner** to perform final cleaning of construction sites in Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, and various locations along the Costa del Sol. We are a professional cleaning company specializing in customized services tailored to each client’s specific needs, including **luxury villas, vacation rentals, housekeeping, residential communities and urbanizations, offices, restaurants, and final construction site cleaning**. RESPONSIBILITIES * Cleaning and preparing residential properties and spaces after completion of construction or renovation works. * Removing dust, construction debris, and dirt typical of building activities. * Cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and various surfaces. * Preparing properties for handover to clients. * Proper use of cleaning products, machinery, and tools. * Maintaining the quality and cleanliness standards established by the company. REQUIREMENTS * Responsible, punctual, organized individual with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * **Own vehicle is mandatory** to travel to various job sites. * **Availability to work on weekends when required by assignments.** * Willingness to travel across different areas of the Costa del Sol. * Positive attitude and commitment to work.
