We are seeking personnel to perform manual cleaning tasks in buildings, including maintenance of facilities and furnishings such as floors, trash bins, restrooms, and common areas. Compliance with safety regulations and established protocols at the site is also required. A responsible and organized individual with prior cleaning experience is preferred. Although the position is based in the city, possession of a type B driver's license is considered advantageous, though not mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Oviedo or Siero, with availability to start immediately. The terms include a temporary substitute contract with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00\. Salary and other employment conditions will be governed by the Collective Agreement for Building and Premises Cleaning in the Principality of Asturias.
