Quickly resolve any unforeseen incident UPM collaborates with JOSÉ COMBALIA, a company dedicated to manufacturing crown corks, in searching for a Shift Supervisor. • Supervise, coordinate, and ensure strict compliance with the established production schedule. • Lead and motivate the work team of your shift, fostering a positive working environment and collaboration. • Ensure maximum productivity, quality, and efficiency of production lines and teams. • Anticipate and quickly resolve any unforeseen incident or technical/human issue arising during the shift. • Organize staff tasks and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Minimum 5 years of experience. Prior experience in similar roles (Shift Supervisor, Foreman/Forewoman, Team Leader), preferably in industrial environments, is highly valued. * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Proven ability to manage people empathetically yet rigorously, drawing out the best from each team member. \- Ability to act swiftly under pressure and provide solutions to daily unforeseen incidents. \- High level of organization, planning, and rigor in achieving objectives. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning and afternoon, with monthly rotation).
