Requirements: – Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Microcomputer Systems and/or similar. – Knowledge of: Jira / Microsoft Intune / Active Directory / PowerShell. Responsibilities: – Resolving incidents using the Jira tool. – Configuration and maintenance of devices (computers, printers, tablets). – Network management: switches, infrastructure, and connectivity. – Use of advanced tools such as Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and PowerShell. – Technical documentation and user training. Preferred Qualifications: – Knowledge and experience in CAU services. – Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. – Positive attitude, proactive and collaborative mindset. – Analytical and problem-solving skills. – Interest in continuous learning. – Efficient work performance with attention to detail.
