




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Non-Food Market team who will deliver customer service, manage merchandise, restock products, and support inventory activities. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent customer service in the Non-Food department. 2. End-to-end merchandise management: receiving, restocking, and rotation. 3. Versatility across Home, Bazaar, and Textiles, with a passion for retail. As part of the Non-Food Market team, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering outstanding service to customers by applying Alcampo’s established Welcome Model, providing information to meet their needs. * Performing and/or supervising the receipt of incoming merchandise, ensuring optimal product entry conditions. * Restocking, front-facing, and rotating products on shelves to prevent stockouts and inventory loss. * Supporting the Team Leader in conducting inventories, placing orders, and transferring merchandise. * Performing tasks with versatility across the Home, Bazaar, and Textiles departments. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising assigned shelves to ensure attractive product presentation. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and possess the following qualifications: * Prior experience as a Sales Assistant or Salesperson in Non-Food, Bazaar, Home, or Textiles. * Compulsory Secondary Education. * Proficiency in office software at the user level.
